Karel Gless has 15+ years of US and International experience in the MedTech and Digital Health industries.  He has extensive sales, marketing, and product leadership experience at both big and small companies including Arthrex, Stryker, and Johnson & Johnson.   He has strong experience building novel product franchises where he was responsible for leading product and commercial teams.

Karel is passionate about revolutionizing healthcare using smart technology and artificial intelligence to help providers and patients manage and reverse chronic health conditions at an affordable cost.

Karel holds a BA from Emory University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.  He lives with his wife and three children in Irvine, California.
